We undertake to process all returns and refund requests within 7 days of purchase provided the product supplied to you by us is in the exact same condition as received with the factory seal fully in tact and not tampered with in any way.

If a cylinder is ordered without a return cylinder and the client does not want the de;ivered gas, a 20% handling fee will apply on refunds.
